With over 16 years experience in individual and team training, Sean Miller brings his insight and knowledge to North Alabama. While receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Human Development at Eckerd College, he served as captain of the men’s soccer team. After graduation, Miller was recruited by the professional soccer club, AC Perugia in Perugia, Italy. Upon returning to the United States, he pursued coaching by Instructing team camps throughout the Southeastern United States which included the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Louisville, KY, and St. Petersburg, FL. During this time, he coached at the high school and club levels while continuing his own developmental training. Sean is a triathlete, marathoner, and continues coaching individuals to improve technical competency and tactical application. In 2013, Sean founded the Stand Up for Our Rivers – stand up paddle boarding across Alabama over 270 miles raising awareness for the Tennessee River. The journey led him to receive a proclamation from Huntsville Mayor, Tommy Battle, honoring May 15th as Sean Miller Day.  Miller is a Certified Personal Trainer, technical advisor for Decatur Soccer, and conducts various programs including:

Emphasizing how to enhance performance, Miller will ignite action in multiple areas of life during this interactive program.  Sharing his experiences as an athlete, business owner, and adventurer, Miller will examine the past, present, and future goals of success. He began his quest of ‘becoming better everyday’ in 2001 as a student-athlete at Eckerd College and now has obtained knowledge and experience to move to the next level; becoming average to advanced with his craft. In this program on Improving Your Overall Performance, Miller will provide an in-depth, experiential approach to develop the “NEW” in everyone through the following:
